Goals
To reduce nutrient and contaminant loading to levels that are
safe and healthy in the long term.
To increase environmental awareness and concern in the Lake Simcoe watershed.
To increase public participation in activities which promote the health of the watershed.
To encourage land use planning decisions that will help protect Lake Simcoe through protecting greenspace and by concentrating growth within existing settlement areas.
